Terraform Centralize Private Module

If you are working on Terraform, you must have created your own modules with terraform, in most cases developers adds the module into the same project where they are writing code to call those modules, if you have a requirement to implement DRY principal then you may want to create centralized private modules which can be access via multiple project.
